Cancellation Policy for RxBB
At RxBB, we aim to offer a flexible and user-centered experience. This cancellation policy outlines the terms, procedures, and guidelines for canceling your RxBB subscription.
1. Cancellation Terms
- Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations for monthly subscriptions must be requested at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, cancellation requests can be made anytime, but fees will apply based on the duration of use. Refund eligibility may vary according to the terms specified in your subscription agreement.
Annual Subscription Fees and Refund Policy
- Cancellation Timing and Refund Eligibility:
- Within the First 30 Days: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable setup fees.
- After 30 Days: Cancellations after the first 30 days will be prorated, minus an early termination fee equivalent to one month’s subscription. The prorated refund is calculated based on the time remaining in the subscription period.
- Final 60 Days of Term: No refunds are provided for cancellations made within the last 60 days of an annual term.
- Refund Method and Processing:
- Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued back to the original payment method on file, unless otherwise specified by you.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, although this may vary depending on your payment provider.
3. Additional Charges:
- Setup or Implementation Fees: Any one-time setup or implementation fees associated with the initial subscription are non-refundable.
- Data Export Fees: If you require a data export prior to cancellation, an additional fee may apply to cover processing and secure transfer.
- Early Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made after 30 days, an early termination fee equivalent to one month’s subscription cost will be deducted from any prorated refund.
2. Procedure for Cancellation
To cancel your RxBB subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Your Account: Access the “Billing & Subscriptions” section in your account dashboard.
- Select ‘Cancel Subscription’: Choose the subscription you wish to cancel and click on ‘Cancel Subscription.’ A confirmation prompt will appear.
- Confirm Cancellation: Review the cancellation details and confirm your choice. You’ll receive an email confirmation of the cancellation request.

3. Post-Cancellation Access
- Monthly Subscribers: After cancellation, access to RxBB will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.
- Annual Subscribers: For annual plans, access will continue until the end of the prepaid period.

Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the final access period, any applicable refund (if eligible), and details about reactivation options.
5. Reactivation of Subscription
If you wish to reactivate your RxBB subscription after cancellation, you can do so at any time by logging in and choosing your preferred plan.
